Make Yourself A Blue Man

Start with a Clean Face, washed with an astringent. If you have long hair, pull it back.

Place the Bald Cap on your head. Using an eyeliner pencil or any other creme pencil, draw lines were you need to cut excess bald cap. (Neck, Forehead, etc.)

Flip up the Bald Cap about an inch and apply Spirit Gum directly to the skin around the edges. Allow Spirit Gum to set and become tacky (30sec to 1min). Flip the Bald Cap back down and smooth out any wrinkles using your fingers. Do this in sections, Forehead, Ears then Neck. Allow Spirit Gum time to dry (5min tops).

Using a Latex Foam Sponge, apply Liquid Latex over the seams where the Bald Cap meats your skin. Allow to dry (Using a hair dryer with a cool setting will speed up the drying process). You may need more than one coat, be sure to allow each coat to dry before applying the next.

Set Liquid Latex using Neutral Setting Powder. Poor powder onto Powder Puff. Press powder over entire seam, where the Bald Cap meats your skin. Dust off excess powder with Rouge Brush.

Apply Castor Sealer to entire Bald Cap and Liquid Latex. Use Castor Sealer sparingly, and wipe off any excess.

Apply Blue Makeup with Latex Foam Sponge or fingers over head and face. If you use your fingers, gently pat area with a Latex Foam Sponge to smooth.

[OPTIONAL] If you are worried about Blue Makeup getting on anybody else besides you, you will need to set the entire blue area with Neutral Set Powder. Poor powder onto Powder Puff. Press powder over entire blue area (Do not rub). Dust off excess powder with Rouge Brush. If the color appears to white out a bit, take a lightly dampened paper towel and pat over entire blue area. This should bring the color back.
